Delete your Luciyah account
You can delete your Luciyah account at any time, directly from the app. If you can no longer use the app, you can also request deletion by email.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Luciyah and sign in.
- Tap your avatar to open the account menu.
- Choose Account & Safety.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Once confirmed, deletion is permanent. You will be signed out and returned to the start of the app.
What gets deleted
- Your Luciyah account and any profile data you added (display name, photo, optional profile fields).
- Pulses and other in-app activity tied to your account are removed or anonymised.
Some information may be retained for a short period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and is then deleted.
Delete some data, without deleting your account
You do not have to choose between keeping your account and removing something from it. Two things you can do yourself, straight away:
- Photos. Remove any photo from your profile in the app, at any time.
- Usage analytics. Turn off Usage analytics under Account & Safety. Collection stops, and data already held expires within two months.
For anything else, email admin@anshinaltd.com from the address or phone number associated with your Luciyah account and tell us what you want removed. We will action requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Your account stays open.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Luciyah account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop billing, manage your subscription through Apple (Apple subscription help) or Google Play (Google Play subscription help).
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have the app installed or can no longer sign in, email admin@anshinaltd.com from the address (or with the phone number) associated with your Luciyah account and ask us to delete it. We will action requests within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
