Luciyah Terms of Use

1. About these Terms

Luciyah (“the app”) is provided by Anshina Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms govern your use of Luciyah. Our handling of your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Luciyah

Luciyah is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account or signing in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to use Luciyah to:

• upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or that exploits or endangers minors;
• impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use someone else’s likeness without permission;
• harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse other users;
• attempt to access, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its systems.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content you provide

You are responsible for any content you add to Luciyah, including your profile photo and any display name or hint you choose. Content must be your own or content you have the right to use, and must comply with the Acceptable use rules above.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate Luciyah for you.

5. Reporting and safety

If you see content or behavior that breaks these rules, you can report it from inside the app or by emailing safety@anshinaltd.com. We review reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed violations by removing the content and, where appropriate, restricting or terminating the offending account.

You can also remove or block another user you have matched with from inside the app, which immediately stops further interaction.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your Luciyah account at any time. See how to delete your account for the in-app flow and an email fallback if you can no longer use the app.

7. Subscriptions

Luciyah may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Luciyah+”). When you purchase a subscription:

• payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase;
• the subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• you can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings or Google Play account;
• deleting your Luciyah account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel through your store first if you do not want to be billed again.

8. Service availability and disclaimer

Luciyah is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anshina Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Luciyah. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Luciyah after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
